About the Role
Crystal Hues Limited is looking for a hands-on, strategically minded Digital Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of the digital marketing, branding and online reputation of five distinct company brands. This is a senior, end-to-end role: you will be both the architect of strategy and an active practitioner who runs campaigns personally, while building and leading the team that brings every brand to life online. You are, in effect, responsible for anything and everything related to digital marketing — and accountable for the results.
What You'll Own
You will develop and execute the annual digital marketing strategy for all five brands, ensuring each plan ladders directly up to that brand's ambitions and the company's broader objectives. No two brands are identical, so you'll balance distinct positioning and audiences while maintaining a consistently professional standard across the portfolio.
On performance marketing, you won't just oversee — you'll do. You'll plan, build, run and continuously optimise PPC campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms, managing budgets to deliver strong ROAS and a falling cost of acquisition. In parallel, you'll lead the organic charge: directing technical, on-page and off-page SEO, and building and managing a team of SEO executives to grow rankings, traffic and discoverability for every brand.
You will own the full digital content ecosystem. You understand deeply how content across interconnected platforms — websites, social media, professional networks, forums and communities — works together to maximise each brand's visibility, and you'll orchestrate that content so the brands become best-in-class in their categories. You'll also safeguard online reputation: monitoring reviews, mentions and sentiment, responding to risks, and protecting and elevating brand image at every touchpoint.
Crucially, you'll build and lead the team. The content and copywriters, graphic designers, SEO executives and the wider marketing function will report to you. You'll recruit, structure, train, mentor and motivate them, set clear goals, review performance and grow the team's capability so all five brands succeed.
What You'll Bring
You have 7–10 years in digital marketing, including at least two years of hands-on PPC and two years of hands-on SEO, plus a proven track record of building and leading teams. You are genuinely tech-savvy and stay current with the latest tools, technologies and trends, bringing new ideas before anyone has to ask. You are fluent in English, written and spoken, and can move comfortably between strategic boardroom thinking and rolling up your sleeves in an ad account.
You're data-driven, decisive and outcome-obsessed, you manage budgets responsibly, and you lead people well. Above all, you combine strategic thought with execution discipline in pursuit of organisational objectives.
