• Perform linguistic QA checks on translated content to ensure accuracy in grammar, meaning, and terminology • Ensure consistency between source and target content using proper language skills (English + at least one Indian language) • Conduct formatting and layout QA including fonts, alignment, spacing, and overall file structure • Ensure target files match the source format and client expectations • Follow client guidelines, glossaries, and style guides strictly to maintain 100% compliance • Ensure no deviation from project instructions and maintain consistency across all deliverables • Identify, categorize, and report linguistic, formatting, and contextual errors with proper tagging • Provide clear comments and correction suggestions during QA process • Use CAT tools and QA tools to perform automated and manual quality checks • Ensure efficient and accurate tool-based validation of files • Maintain high productivity and complete assigned tasks within deadlines • Manage workload effectively and coordinate with Project Managers/Coordinators for clarifications • Ensure timely delivery of all assigned QA tasks without compromising quality • Continuously improve language proficiency, QA skills, and tool knowledge through feedback and training • Apply learnings to enhance overall quality and efficiency in project execution • Take ownership to review content, suggest corrections, and raise queries when required • Be accountable for delivering high-quality, error-free outputs as per client requirements • Maintain confidentiality of project data and follow internal QA processes
